This pigment-packed liquid shadow is formulated with 40% water for a cooling effect and pure colour payoff. The exclusive applicator allows you to create three signature looks from a full lid to just the line or a graphic eye look. Use the flat and large surface of the applicator to apply full colour over the whole eyelid. For a more graphic look, follow the lash line with the side of the applicator or its pointed tip.
