Hunter is a British heritage brand founded in Scotland in 1856 by American entrepreneur Henry Lee Norris as the North british Rubber Company. The brand is headquartered in Edinburgh. It builds in its heritage of almost 160 years, creating footwear and outwear to protect from the weather and performa cross all terrains. The Original boot was introduces in 1956 and the design is still made using the same heritage techniques. Hunter received the first Royal Warrants in 1977 from the Duke of Edinburgh and the second from HM The Queen in 1986. Hunter has produces also new footwear, outerwear and knitwear, alongside the iconic Original boot.
